Still so proud!

This blog happened to record the Carpenter's speech, delivered upon his victory. I paste it here in it's entirety. It was a really good speech.

This morning I woke up a regular Brooklynite like all of you. And now I'm standing here with Marty Markowitz and 6 ounces of cheese in my belly. And... I just couldn't be happier.
